It was the  great dream of Rev. Fr. Mathew Puthenpura the vicar of Kumarakom Nava Nazreth Parish to have a home for the poor and the aged ladies. For this purpose he donated 25 cents of his patrimony to us.  Karuna Bhavan the old age home constructed in 1989 in the district of Kottayam is the fulfilment of his dream. The sisters teach in the nursery school of the parish and help in all sorts of pastoral works.
