The been interest of the parishioners of Kavalam, Lisieux to get help of Clarist sisters in all the pastoral works of the parish led to the establishment of  Lisieux F.C.Convent on 15th  Aug 1978 in the lake district of Alappuzha. The sisters are engaged in school teaching, catechetical teaching, are in charge of tailoring centre and co-operating with the parish priest look into all the needs of the parish.
